Research.
Solving A.I. through research.

Zephyr is hard at work solving the ultimate challenge in robotics: artificial intelligence. We have performed various studies on how the human mind works, in an effort to apply human traits to robots.

Along with our retail robots we have also been hard at work solving scientific problems at Zephyr Labs. Jeb's A.I. technology has been used to research black holes, dark matter, and other complex physics problems.

Safety.
Solving problems both big and small.

With artificial intelligence, safety is often a concern. Since robots were first created, people have always been afraid that they could possibly take over. However, here at Zephyr, our robots are not designed to replace humans. They are designed to enhance human lives.

Our robots were designed using Isaac Asimov's 3 laws of robotics:

  1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
  2. A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
  3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

These three principles have guided our robotics program since the very start. All of our robots are programmed to be pacifists, especially with humans.
